Mikä on LxP?

What is LxP?

LxP on kymmenen kysymyksen mittari, joka kuvaa työympäristöön liittyviä mieltymyksiä: itsenäisyyttä, tiimityötä, työrytmiä, digitaalisten työkalujen käyttöä ja oppimista. Tuloksena syntyy työtyylikuvaus. Työtoiveet ilmaistaan TE24-ammattien avulla. Sama tieto kulkee ohjauksesta työnhakuun.

LxP is a ten-question measure of preferences about the work environment: independence, teamwork, work rhythm, use of digital tools, and learning. The result is a work-style description. Job wishes are expressed with TE24 occupations. The same information runs from guidance into job search.

Tulossa! Työllistymisen todennäköisyyksiä, samankaltaisten hakijoiden määrää ja kuntien työvoimanäkymiä ei ole vielä julkaistu.
